I develop interactive e-learning experiences that go beyond traditional training by blending creativity with instructional design. One standout project was an escape room–style learning module created for Amgen employees, designed to make compliance training both fun and memorable. The experience challenged participants to solve puzzles, uncover clues, and collaborate virtually to “escape,” all while reinforcing key concepts in an engaging format. By combining storytelling, gamification, and multimedia design, I was able to transform a standard learning requirement into a dynamic, team-driven adventure that boosted participation and knowledge retention.
